Having born in a small income family, after his technical training, he started his own business in 1962.

He took a loan from his father of Rs. 500 /- ( US$ 12 ) to buy some tools to open a repairing centre for cars. Although in 1962 there were hardly any cars in Lucknow city of India, still he had vision. Slowly and gradually the number of cars went up and he started earning money.

He used to take a cycle on rent to go to his workplace with a wooden toolbox tied on the back of his cycle.

He returned his father the loan amount with interest many folds.

Then he opened a school in Vijaipur Village, in Lucknow and named it Vijaipur Montessori School. He started all of his own and provided free education, clothing, study material etc. to children. He possessed high spiritual feeling and was very kind hearted to the poor and needy. He always believed in God and never in his life hurt anyone’s feelings.

He always worshiped his work and the group is the result of his hard work.
